In current news, Prince's 3CD set, Lotusflow3r, drops exclusively at Target this month for $11.98. Ever the marketing man, the new set features two new Prince albums (Lotus Flow3r & MPLSound) and a third CD by Bria Valente, a new protege who will now be heard by all of Prince's fan (at least once). That's as brilliant as when he gave his new CD away for free at concerts, while building the cost into the ticket price and getting them counted as "sold" albums by Soundscan & Billboard.
